As the image shows, there are many effective ways to engage customers. As you engage customers, utilize these six tips to improve your marketing campaign strategy:
Use many channels … with new ways to communicate. The growth in new channels on line is great, spend your energy here and be sure you integrate the messages and channels.
Consider competitiveness … talking about REAL differences with competing offers … the value proposition. This means you must completely understand who your competitors are, their offerings, and how you are different.
Utilize creativity … inventing new ways to deliver messages on your products and services. Both the message and the media are important.
Provide useful content … with meaning and relevance. Your customers time is priceless … make your messages something that will interest them. Don’t waste their time with weak messages.
Being social beyond the marketing … focusing on customer relationships as much as the marketing. Customer relationships are critical as they build trust in you and your business.
Call to action… the most important factor … leaving behind value when the engagement is ending. Every engagement should end with an action … focus on something you will do for the customer.
An important fact to remember … customers create the most value for you, when you create the most value for them.
